Title RNAseq of mRNA from splenic and hepatic CD8 T cell populations after resolved and during persistent AdV infection
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We aimed at dissecting phenotype, functionality and regulation of antigen-specific hepatic and splenic CX3CR1-positive and hepatic CXCR6-positive CD8 T cells after resolved or during persistent viral infection of the liver.

Overall design Comparison of splenic and hepatic CD8 T cell populations in two infection models (n=3 for each sample group). For resolved infection, hepatic T cells were sorted into CXCR6 and CX3CR1 populations. For persistent infection, hepatic T cells were sorted into CXCR6 and CXCR6-CX3CR1 populations.
