Summary The chromatin landscape of developing erythroblasts changes dramatically during differentiation. We have profiled the change in Gata1 binding in primary erythroid cells entering terminal differentiation using CUT&RUN.
 
Overall design This series contains CUT&RUN datasets for Gata1 binding in FACS sorted primary erythroid cells. There are multiple biological replicates for each progenitor population, plus IgG control datasets.
