Summary |
The chromatin landscape of developing erythroblasts changes dramatically during differentiation. We have profiled the change in Gata2 binding in primary erythroid cells entering terminal differentiation using CUT&RUN.

Overall design |
This series contains CUT&RUN datasets for Gata2 binding in FACS sorted primary erythroid cells. There are multiple biological replicates for each progenitor population, plus IgG control datasets.
