Overall design |
We over-expressed the PVT1 in MDA-MB-231 cells using the lentiviral construct pLVX-PVT1-EF1α-IRES-EGFP-PGK-puro. We then used RNA sequencing to compare PVT1 over-expression cells to negative controls(empty vector).
