Title RNA seq analysis of U251 and A549 cells transduced with tet-pLKO1-SHC016 control shRNA

Summary The goal of this study was to find a target of SHC016 common to both cell lines
 
Overall design The cells were transduced with tetracycline (doxycycline)- inducible SHC016 shRNA, non targeting control for MISSION shRNA library. The expression of SHC016 was induced with doxycycline at a concentration of 100 ng/ml for 24 h and than RNA was isolated.
