Summary |
Through high-throughput sequencing of SCC9 normal cells and cells treated with cucurbitin B, we found that lncRNAs were differentially expressed before and after treatment with cucurbitin B. LncRNA can regulate the occurrence and development of tongue squamous cell carcinoma cells by targeting miRNA.
