Series GSE181423 Query DataSets for GSE181423
Status Public on Mar 01, 2022
Title Expression data from E16 mouse embryonic organoids - grown with epithelium and stroma in the presence or absence of FGF2 [Epi]
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary FGF2 signals BMP7 expression and TGFB/myofibroblast gene inhibition that promotes proacinar differentiation. We have characterized these stromal factors affecting the epithelium using a combination of scRNA Sequencing of whole tissue and transcriptional profiling of the organoid cell compartments.

Overall design Gene expression changes and GSEA was performed using gene expression microarrays. Organoids made from embryonic mouse cells were grown then different cell types were separated and their transcriptomes were analyzed based on their response to growth conditions with or without FGF2.
