Title Different expressed microRNAs in exosome from HepG2 cells regulated by PBLD
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Non-coding RNA profiling by array
Summary Different expressed microRNAs in exosome from HepG2 cells by comparing the PBLD-overexpression group and the control group.

Overall design Extracted total RNA of HepG2 cells-derived exosomes from PBLD-overexpression group and the control group were processed following the standard Agilent protocol, and each group has three biological replicated samples. Agilent human miRNA array detection and data normalization were conducted subsequently.
