Summary We performed gene expression profiling to evaluate potential differences between Zeb1 expressing and Zeb1 silenced cells
 
Overall design C1498 cells were treated overnight with lentiviral particles containing plasmid expressing a short hairpin RNA (shRNA) sequence against ZEB-1 (seq C, or seq D or a negative control construct, Scr) and green fluorescence protein (GFP). Two weeks after infection, GFP+ cells were isolated and used for RNA extraction and hybridization on microarrays.
