Title |
circZFR promote lung carcinogenesis and oxidative phosphorylation by modulating alternative splicing |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Our study suggested that circZFR was a potential oncogene in lung adenocarcinoma. To investigate the function of circZFR, we performed high-thoughput RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) assays after the silence of circZFR in A549 cell lines.

Overall design |
In human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells, we downregulated the expression of circZFR utilizing small interference RNA (siRNA) and used scrumble as negative control. Then we used RNA-Seq to reveal the change of mRNA profiles after the silence of circZFR.
