Title circZFR promote lung carcinogenesis and oxidative phosphorylation by modulating alternative splicing
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Our study suggested that circZFR was a potential oncogene in lung adenocarcinoma. To investigate the function of circZFR, we performed high-thoughput RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) assays after the silence of circZFR in A549 cell lines.

Overall design In human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells, we downregulated the expression of circZFR utilizing small interference RNA (siRNA) and used scrumble as negative control. Then we used RNA-Seq to reveal the change of mRNA profiles after the silence of circZFR.
