Title |
Gene expression (GeneChip) data from parental (wild-type) and CRMP2A KO (CRISPR) A549 cells. |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
We sought to assess how permanent loss of the microtubule-associated protein CRMP2A could affect global gene expression in the A549 lung cancer cells. We used microarrays to identify differentially regulated genes when CRMP2A is permanently removed from A549 cells using CRISPR/Cas9.

Overall design |
Parental (wild-type) and CRMP2A KO (CRISPR) cells were cultured under identical conditions for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. We sought to compare the gene expression profiles between the two cell lines and correlate it with other in vitro and in vivo findings.
