Title |
RNF186/EPHB2 axis is essential for colorectal tumorigenesis by regulating TNFα signalling in colorectal epithelial cells |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We provide evidence that the EPHB2-RNF186-TAB2-TAK1 signalling cascade plays an essential role in TNFα-mediated signal transduction in colorectal epithelial cells and the carcinogenesis of CRC, which may provide potential targets for the treatment of colorectal cancer.

Overall design |
The differentially expressed genes from control Ls174t cells or RNF186-overexpressed Ls174t cells were analysised by transcriptomes sequence .
