Title RNF186/EPHB2 axis is essential for colorectal tumorigenesis by regulating TNFα signalling in colorectal epithelial cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We provide evidence that the EPHB2-RNF186-TAB2-TAK1 signalling cascade plays an essential role in TNFα-mediated signal transduction in colorectal epithelial cells and the carcinogenesis of CRC, which may provide potential targets for the treatment of colorectal cancer.

Overall design The differentially expressed genes from control Ls174t cells or RNF186-overexpressed Ls174t cells were analysised by transcriptomes sequence .
