Title Expression data from MAT1 lncRNA knockdown UM cells

Summary The role of lncRNA in uveal melanoma (UM) is not well studied. We used microarrays to identify the downstream targets of MAT1 lncRNA to invesitgate the mechanism of lncRNA in UM oncogenesis
 
Overall design MAT1 was knockdown in uveal melanoma cell line OCM1a and OM431.RNA extraction from cells was used to be hybridized on Affymetrix microarrays.
