To investigate the critical role of the trace element zinc in the expression of antioxidant stress and hormonal responses in human ovarian granulosa cells (GCs).
 
Overall design In this study gradient centrifugation was used to successfully isolate human primary ovarian GCs. After extinction treatment, changes in oxidative stress levels and hormone-receptive expression in glutamatergic cells were sought. Examining the effect of zinc on the viability of ovarian granulosa cells in a zinc-deficlient micro environment.
