Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To investigate the critical role of the trace element zinc in the expression of resistance to oxidative stress and hormonal responses in human ovarian granulosa cells (GCs). Overall design |
In this study gradient centrifugation was used to successfully isolate human primary ovarian GCs. After extinction treatment, changes in oxidative stress levels and hormone-receptive expression in glutamatergic cells were sought. Examining the effect of zinc on the viability of ovarian granulosa cells in a zinc-deficlient micro environment.
