Title |
A hPSC system for characterizing MUC5B-expressing airway epithelia |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
scRNA-seq of air-liquid interface airway epithelial cultures derived from a human fluorescent reporter hPSC line labeling MUC5B-expressing cells
|
|
|
Overall design |
A biallelic MUC5B-tdTomato reporter hPSC line was generated from an individual with progressive fibrotic interstitial lung disease and homozygous for the MUC5B rs35705950 risk allele. Derived airway-ALI cultures were differentiated from this line and sequenced 21 days following air-phase transition.
