Title |
Identification of Novel Biomarkers of Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia model |
Organism |
Rattus norvegicus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
In order to study the gene expression changes in neonatal bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) induced by hyperoxia, we used a rat model to detect the gene expression changes in the control group (A) and hyperoxia group (O) after birth.

Overall design |
We used RNA-Seq data of BPD and healthy control rats from our previous studies, wherein data from 30 samples was collected at days 1, 3, 7, 10, and 14. Data for preprocessing analysis included 17,613 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) with false discovery rate < 0.05 and log2 fold change ≥ 0.5.
