Title Single-cell or nucleus RNAseq of neuroblastoma patient-derived xenografts

Summary Gene expression profile at single cell level of 17 orthotopic-patient derived xenografts from neuroblastoma samples. All xenografts were obtained through the St. Jude Childhood Solid Tumor Network (https://cstn.stjude.cloud/)
 
Overall design 15 samples underwent single-nucleus RNA-sequencing, and 2 samples underwent single-cell RNA-sequencing. Fastq files were aligned to a combined human and mouse reference (GRCh38-and-mm10).
