Summary To investigate the gene expression profile of normal versus senescent mouse mammary fibroblasts (MMF), we induced senescence in vitro and harvested cells for RNA-sequencing.
 
Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for normal versus doxorubicin- or hydrogen peroxide-induced senescencent fibroblasts.
