Title A chromosome region linked to neurodevelopmental disorders acts in distinct neuronal circuits in males and females to control locomotor behavior
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We report a single nuclei RNA-seq of mouse total striatum to identify gene expression changes in males and female between WT and 16p11.2 hemideletion.

Overall design We performed single nuclei RNA-sequencing from total striatum of 4 groups: WT males (sample 795 and 809), 16p11.2 del/+ males (sample 796 and 807), WT females (sample 798 and 803), and 16p11.2 del/+ females (sample 806 and 811).
