Title FoxO3a drives a regulatory network associated with therapeutic response in metastatic prostate cancer
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary Anaysis of the response to different therapeutic agents at the transcriptional level. The design of the experiment allows to determine how the combination target therapy (Rapamycin + PD0325901) treatment shifts the transcriptome towards a less aggressive or even a wild type phenotype more efficiently than conventional chemotherapy (Docetaxel). It also allows exploring the molecular chages involved in the transition from a non metastatic to a metastatic prostate cancer mouse model.

Overall design Total RNA obtained from prostate tumors or wild type prostate after treatment with targeting agents compared to chemotherapy and/or vehicle as indicated
