Status Public on Aug 15, 2020
Title Sacharomyces cerevisiae Transcript Isoform mapping (rrp6)
Organism Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Application of TIF-Seq to mutants of the molecular components involved in transcription process.

Overall design Application of TIF-Seq (Transcript IsoForm Sequencing) to S.cerevisiae. The method was applied to simultaneously identify the 5’ capped mRNA transcription start site and the 3’polyadenylation site in delta rrp6 mutant strain grown in glucose media [rrp6, 2 biological replicates (bio) and 2 independent library preparations, technical replicates(lib)].
