Title |
CDK2 depletion effect on human myeloid cell line undergoing differentiation |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
Analysis of NB4 myeloid cells depleted for CDK2. Results provide insight into the role of CDK2 in myeloid cell differentiation. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying CDK2-depletion induced differentiation and identified distinct classes of up-regulated genes during this process.

Overall design |
NB4 cells were transduced with the scrambled control or three different shRNAs targeting CDK2 (shCDK2 #1, #3 and #10) for 2 days (early differentiation stage) or 5 days (late differentiation stage). All cell samples were collected for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.
