Title Genome-wide chromatin localization maps of the endogenously expressed AID-labelled kinase/ATPase Rio1 in Saccharomyces cerevisiae W303, as determined under unperturbed culture conditions (YPD medium, exponential growth, 23°C)
Organism Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We report the the first single-molecule-based NGS analysis of chromatin regions that co-immunoprecipitate with Rio1 in the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

Overall design We examined the association of Rio1-AID with chromatin by anti-AID chromatin co-immunoprecipitation followed by MiSeq deep sequencing. As the negative control experiment, we probedthe isogenic S. cerevisiae parent strain endogenously expressing untagged Rio1.
