Title |
CUGBP1 dependent whole genome gene expression and alternative splicing in melanoma cell lines |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
We have identified CUGBP1 dependent regulation of cell cycle and DNA replication/synthesis networks in melanoma cells. This data set we include gene expression and alternative splicing data of control and CUGBP1 depleted melanoma cell lines (SK-Mel-103 and UACC-62).

Overall design |
CUGBP1 was downregulated with shRNA in two melanoma cell lines (SK-Mel-103 and UACC-62). The transcriptome was compared to control infected cells. All experiment was performed in three biological replicates.
