Series GSE92402 Query DataSets for GSE92402
Status Public on May 02, 2024
Title Generally applicable transcriptome-wide analysis of translational efficiency using anota2seq
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We compare effects platform characteristics on differential translation, i.e. differences between DNA- microarray and RNAsequencing. Using both DNA- microarray and RNAsequencing data we want to elucidate whether mTOR independent insulin induced translation exists.

Overall design 12h serum starved MCF7 cells treated for 4h with DMSO (control), insulin, insulin + torin1.
