Title |
Generally applicable transcriptome-wide analysis of translational efficiency using anota2seq |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We compare effects platform characteristics on differential translation, i.e. differences between DNA- microarray and RNAsequencing. Using both DNA- microarray and RNAsequencing data we want to elucidate whether mTOR independent insulin induced translation exists.

Overall design |
12h serum starved MCF7 cells treated for 4h with DMSO (control), insulin, insulin + torin1.
