Data processing |
GeneChip Command Console AGCC software 3.2.4 was used to generate the CEL files. The computational pipeline was run on the bioinformatics platform GenomeSpac. Data were extracted from the CEL files and preprocessed by applying RMA and the quantile normalization procedures implemented in the ExpressionFileCreator module of the GenePattern software platform.
