Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted using TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen, USA) according to the manufacturer’s protocol.

Label protocol |
Biotinylated cRNA were prepared according to the protocol from the Ambion® WT Expression kit for Affymettrix® GeneChip®Whole Transcrpit (WT) Expression Arrays
Hybridization protocol |
Following fragmentation, 10 ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on Human Gene 2.0 ST Chips. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 400.
Scan protocol |
GeneChips were scanned using the GeneChip® Scanner 3000 7G/4 Color Early Access.
Description |
LncRNA and mRNA expression data from benzene poisoning patient 4
Data processing |
The data were analyzed with the affymetrix Expression Console software using Affymetrix default analysis settings and RMA as normalization method. We applied the RVM F-test to filter the differentially expressed genes. After the significance analysis and false discovery rate (FDR) analysis, we selected the differentially expressed genes according to the P value threshold. Both p-value <0.05 and FDR<0.01 were considered statistically significant.
