Sample GSM1278323 Query DataSets for GSM1278323
Status Public on Mar 30, 2015
Title Untransfected cells 0h rep 3 (SETX reanalysis)
Sample type RNA

Source name A549 cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics treatment: no siRNA
infection: no infection
cell line: A549
Treatment protocol A549 cells were transfected with either control siRNA (D-001810-10-05, Dharmacon) or SETX siRNA (23064, Dharmacon) pools using the Lipofectamine™ RNAiMAX Transfection Reagent (Invitrogen). Transfections were performed according to the manufacturer’s instructions and cells were used for further experiments 48 hours post intransfection.RNA and protein levels of SETX were quantified to determine knockdown efficiency.
Growth protocol Standard culture techniques
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol QIAGEN Rneasy mini kit
Label biotin
Label protocol Biotin-labeled RNA was prepared with MessageAmp™ Premier RNA Amplification Kit (Applied Biosystems)

Hybridization protocol Standard Illumina protocol
Scan protocol Standard Illumina protocol
Description Replicate 3
Data processing Data was analysed using Genespring GX12.5 . To analyze gene expression changes during stimulation, raw data were subject to quantile normalization and baseline transformation was performed to the median of all 9 samples
