Treatment protocol |
A549 cells were transfected with either control siRNA (D-001810-10-05, Dharmacon) or SETX siRNA (23064, Dharmacon) pools using the Lipofectamine™ RNAiMAX Transfection Reagent (Invitrogen). Transfections were performed according to the manufacturer’s instructions and cells were used for further experiments 48 hours post intransfection.RNA and protein levels of SETX were quantified to determine knockdown efficiency.
