Genomic RNA was isolated using RNeasy protect mini kit (Qiagen). The concentrations were quantified using NanoDrop ND-1000 spectrophotometer (NanoDrop, Wilmington, DE). RNA samples with an RNA integrity number above 8.0 and A260/280 ratios between 1.8 and 2.0 were used for gene expression array.
