Mean target gene signals were normalised to housekeeping genes; 2^-deltaCt, where deltaCt = (Ct_Target − Ct_HKG)] The 'averaged_normalized.txt' reports normalised mean signal (against housekeeping gene ALAS1). All deltadeltaCt based fold-change calculations were performed in the R statistical package. the 'fold_change.txt' reports test/control (i.e., LNCaP/PrEC) ratios. Please note that sample data table contains raw Ct values
