ckit and sca1 positive cells were isolated from the bone marrow of Mx1 Cre:Usp16loxp/loxp mice. DNA was sheared into approximately 200bp fragments by sonication. Usp16 bound DNA was immunoprecipitated by standard protocols. Libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols
