Description Human neural progenitor cells were cultured on PEG hydrogel in N2B27F2 media, endothelial cells and mesenchymal cells were then seeded on top of the NPC on day 9. Microglia/macrophage progenitors were seeded on day 13. Chemicals exposure started on day 14. Cells were lysed for RNA purification on day 21.
