Sample GSM1722715 Query DataSets for GSM1722715
Status Public on Nov 30, 2016
Title GEN2.2-0 hrs post CpGB-CONTROL siRNA-rep 1
Sample type RNA

Source name GEN2.2-0 hrs post CpGB-CONTROL siRNA
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics cell line: GEN2.2
hrs post cpgb stimulation: 0
sirna: CONTROL
replicate: 1
Treatment protocol GEN2.2 cells were myc-ablated by Nucleofection (Nucleofector kit V, www.lonza.com). GEN2.2 cells were nucleofected with nucleofector kit V (Amaxa) with 0.4 nmol of siRNA for each reaction of 3-5 × 10^6 cells. siMYC and siHDAC3 were purchased from Dharmacon. The program number for electroporation was A033. The non-targeting control (NC) is a non-targeting pool from Dharmacon. GEN2.2 cells were stimulated with 0.5 µM of CpGB
Growth protocol GEN2.2 cells were kindly provided by Dr. Joël Plumas (Université Joseph Fourier, Grenoble, France) and cultured in GlutaMax-RPMI (GIBCO) supplemented with 10% FBS (Atlanta), MEM-nonessential amino acid solution (GIBCO), sodium pyruvate and gentamycin.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA isolation was performed using Qiagen RNeasy mini kit according to the manufacturer’s instructions
Label biotin
Label protocol Standard Illumina labelling protocol.

Hybridization protocol Standard Illumina hybridization protocol.
Scan protocol Standard Illumina scanning protocol.
