Description |
Single-end, 50bp on HiSeq2500v3. Processed data file: cpm.txt, column PROX1GFPPLUS
|
Data processing |
Reads from all libraries were mapped to the human reference genome (GRCh37) using STAR version 2.3.0. The assignment of reads to gene regions was performed by htseq-count, version 0.5.4 p5. The raw counts are normalized to obtain cpm. Genome_build: GRCh37 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: cpm.txt: tab-delimited text file containing normalized cpm (count per million) for each sample.
