Hybridization protocol |
The fragmented and labeled targets were hybridized to the arrays per standard Affymetrix protocol, which includes 16hr (overnight) hybridization at 45degC at 60rpm in an Affymetrix GeneChip Hybridization Oven 645. The arrays were then washed and stained in an Affymetrix GeneChip Fluidics Station 450.
