100ng of total RNA were amplified and labbelled according Affymetrix recommandations. Briefly, total RNA were reverse transcribed, and amplified durintg an in vitro transcription step using the WT expression Kit (Ambion). Complementary RNA were converted into sense-oriented cDNA and molecules were fragmented and labeled using the Affymetrix® GeneChip® WT Terminal Labeling Kit. 5,5µg of sens DNA were fragmented and labelled prior hybridization.

Human Exon 1.0 ST arrays were hybridized with 4,7µg of labelled DNA, during 17hours, at 45°C under a 60rpm rotation in Affymetrix Oven.
