Growth protocol |
Bone marrow progenitors were isolated from wild-type mice and cultured for 6 days in SILAC-IMDM media with G-CSF and SCF. To enrich for mature neutrophils, cells were further cultured for 42 hours in SILAC-IMDM media with G-CSF and dead cells were removed.
