MEFF is a spontaneously immortalized 12.5dpc mouse embryo fibroblast cell. The 93Mb long Chr.17 sequence in the cell line is identical with the exception of the Thp deletion on the maternal chromosome. The Thp deletion spans at least 4,6Mbp spanning the region between the genes T and Sod2 (8,6Mbp-13,2Mbp Mouse July 2007 mm9) and contains the 400kb Igf2r imprinted gene cluster (Regha et al., 2007 PMID: 17679087).

Density: A theoretical fragment density for each 25bp window was calculated. Uniquely aligned tags within a 200bp and oriented towards it were counted as 1 to the for each 25bp window and as 0.25 if they were within 200bp and 300bp. Window Counts: For each 200bp window the uniquely aligned tags were counted.
