Status Public on Aug 30, 2019
Title Muscle_NL-128
Sample type RNA

Source name Normal_muscle
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics disease state: Normal
tissue: Muscle
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was extracted using the RNAeasy kit (Qiagen).
Label biotin
Label protocol Biotinylated cRNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol from 2 ug total RNA (Expression Analysis Technical Manual, 2001, Affymetrix).

Hybridization protocol Following fragmentation, 10 ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on HGU133A Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in an Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.
Scan protocol GeneChips were scanned using the Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G
Data processing The data were analyzed using GCRMA normalization.
