Growth protocol |
About 5mL of non-coagulant blood was collected from every eligible patient. Serum was isolated by centrifuging at 3000 rpm for 10 min at 4 °C, and stored at −80 °C.

RNA was prepared using the TRIzol reagent following the manufacturer's recommendations. RNA was quantified using a NanoDrop-1000 spectrophotometer and quality was monitored with the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA).

Feature Extraction v10.7.3.1 (Agilent Technologies, CA) software was used to extract all features of the data obtained from the scanned images and Bioconductor software was used to analyze the raw data, which are normalized by quantile normalization.
