Description
Total RNA was extracted from olfactory epithelium tissue from male C57Bl/6 mice (6 week old). Total RNA (5µg each) was pooled from 3 mice. Target cRNA was prepared and hybridized to Mouse Genome U74Av2 GeneChip (GPL81) as per standard, commercially available Affymetrix GeneChips protocol.
