|
Source name |
6-8 week old female C57BI/6 mouse host, 200 H. polygyrus larvae
|
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Characteristics |
strain: C57BI/6 age: 6-8 week old Sex: female infection: 200 H. polygyrus larvae infection type: Bolus time: 7 days post infection tissue: worm-induced intestinal granuloma in mouse
|
Treatment protocol |
Mice were infected with H. polygyrus larvae according to infection regime group. After 7 or 21 days, granulomas in the small intestine were isolated for RNA extraction.
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted using a phenol-chloroform extraction (Trizol) and stored at -80C.
