Description
The quality of total RNA was checked by capillary electrophoresis analysis using an Agilent BioAnalyser 2100 (Agilent, Palo Alto, CA, USA) and quantities were measured using a NanoDrop ND-1000 spectrophotometer (Thermo Scientific, Les Ulis, France).
Data processing
Generation of expression matrices, data annotation, filtering and processing were performed with BIOTAG software (Skuld-Tech, France) (Piquemal et al. Genomics 2002).
