24 hour exposure to hexahydro-1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazine (RDX) (>98% purity) added to liquid Murashige-Skoog culture medium at a rate of 150 mg/L from a 0.015% (v:v) DMSO stock solution
Growth protocol
Prior to dosing with RDX, 40 seeds in 500mL flasks containing 200 mL MS medium were grown 14 days at 25°C under a 16-hour photoperiod with constant shaking at 85 rpm in a growth chamber.
