Treatment protocol AR expression was induced by doxycycline (800ng/ml) for 24 hours in MCF7-Tet cells. Cells were treated with DMSO or Enzalutamide (10µM) for 2 hours.
Growth protocol EMEM medium with 10% fetal bovine serum. Cells were cultured at 37C at 5% CO2.
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol Cells were fixed with 1% formaldehyde for 20 minutes. After quenching and cell lysis, chromatin was sonicated using a E220 focused-ultrasonicator (Covaris).
ChIP-seq libraries were prepared using the TruSeq ChIP Library Preparation Kit. 10 ng of DNA was used as starting material for input and ip samples.

Data processing Sequences were aligned to the Human Reference Genome (assembly hg38, UCSC, Dec. 2013) using BWA version 0.7.17.
Enriched regions of the genome were identified by comparing the ChIP samples to input samples using the MACS2 peak caller version 2.1.
