Growth protocol |
Cells were grown in DMEM/F12 medium supplemented with 1×GlutaMAX, 100 c.u./ml penicillin and 100 mg/ml streptomycin, in the presence of 10% fetal bovine serum in a 5% CO2 atmosphere.

Quality control of raw reads were performed using FastQC v0.11.9 Sequence reads were aligned to hg38 human genome using STAR v 2.7.8.
