Intestinal SEMFs were cultured under published conditions. Human cancer cells were grafted subcutaneousely in combination with murine ISEMFs and grown in immunodeficient NOD/SCID mice.

Hybridization protocol |
Following fragmentation, 15 ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on GeneChip MOUSE Genome 430 2.0 Arrays or HUMAN Genome U133 plus2 Arrays. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.

GeneChips were scanned using the AFFYMETRIX GENE CHIP SCANNER 3000.
