Hybridization protocol Labeled cRNA was hybridized to the Agilent SurePrint G3 Human gene expression 8x60K microarray according to the manufacturer's protocol.
Scan protocol The arrays were scanned on an Agilent G2565CA microarray scanner at 100% PMT and 3 um resolution.
Data processing Intensity data was extracted using the Feature Extraction software (Agilent).
