Data processing |
Raw sequencing data was converted to the standard FASTQ files by executing cellranger mkfastq (3.1.1, 10x Genomics) Gene counts of each sample were generated by executing cellranger count (3.1.1, 10x Genomics) with refdata-cellranger-GRCh38-3.0.0 as the reference dataset. Assembly: GRCh38 Supplementary files format and content: Tab-delimited text files include FPKM values for each sample.
