BluFuse Multi (Illumina) was used to call genotype and calculate LogR ratio and B allele frequency using a manifest file (HumanCytoSNP-12v2-1_L1.bpm) and a cluster file (HumanCytoSNP-12v2-1_L (1).egt) supplied by Illumina.
