Description |
Genomic DNA extracted from human human embryonic stem cells was genotyped using Human CytoSNP-12 v2.1 BeadChip (Illumina).

Data processing |
The scanned data files were processed by GenomeStudio GT module (Illumina). BluFuse Multi (Illumina) was used to call genotype and calculate LogR ratio and B allele frequency using a manifest file (HumanCytoSNP-12v2-1_L1.bpm) and a cluster file (HumanCytoSNP-12v2-1_L (1).egt) supplied by Illumina. Genotype: AA,AB,BB,or NC (no call)
